RINGO Communications are committed to protecting your privacy. In order to process your order and provide you with the best possible service we will collect information from you. We do not send unsolicited email, however by opening an account with us will let us from time to time email you with information regarding your orders and other information relating to new product releases and services. Your information will never be passed to third party organizations without your prior consent. To open an account with us you will be required to provide us with your Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, Billing Address, Delivery Address and Credit/Debit card details. To add funds to existing account you will be required to provide us with your Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, Billing Address, Delivery Address and Credit/Debit card details. RINGO communications uses SSL to encrypt data transmitted between your browser and our servers during order and payment procession. Our servers are hosted in secure data center facilities in locked telecommunications racks under CCTV surveillance.

We use a common Internet technology known as a «Cookie», which is allowed by your browser. Cookies enable tracking of your shopping e.g. which items you have placed in your shopping basket, the quantity etc. Cookies are also sometimes used to remember some basic information which you have provided during the ordering process i.e. name, address etc. This saves your time while re-entering same details every time you visit our web-site. Sensitive information such as credit card details is not stored in Cookies. It is possible to modify your browser to switch Cookies off, but this may affect the way you view and use website contents including ours. We track the total number of visitors to our website in order to allow us to improve our service, but no personally identifiable data is collected through this process. Special notes

If for some reasons, you were not able to make any calls within 90 days after the date of registration, your account will be suspended. If within these 90 days some calls were made but account was not additionally refunded your account will be suspended as well. If you refunded your account but these funds were not used within 360 days since last refund your account will be reset to zero amount.

Terms & Conditions

You agree to be bound by RINGO Communications terms and conditions set out below by using this website. For the clarification purposes all terms and conditions, the words «RINGO», «we», «our» are used to refer to RINGO. You accept e-mail as a valid means of communication of any agreement between you and RINGO.

You must check that the details of your confirmation email are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a hardcopy of it for your records. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by RINGO of your offer to buy goods / services from RINGO and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you received this e-mail.

RINGO is free to withdraw some clauses from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies to the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods / services, any description applied to the goods / services, availability of the goods / services, or the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to be changed without prior notice.

Virtual Phone Numbers

By subscribing to a call plan that includes an Virtual Geographic number you agree that you are resident in the same Geographical Region Numbering Area that you have requested the number for. It is illegal to request allocation of a Geographical Number if you are not normally resident of the same Numbering Area as the number requested.

Emergency Services

As VoIP services can be nomadic we are unable to determine the exact geographic location where your call originates from. Calls to emergency services 999, 112, 911 etc. will be forwarded to the emergency services and you must inform the operator of your location. RINGO cannot guarantee the reliability of these calls and would advise using a mobile phone for these purposes. Additionally in the event of power outages your broadband connection will not function and render the line unusable until such time that the power is restored.

Website Information

To the fullest extent permitted at law, RINGO is providing this site and its contents on an «as is» basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this website or its contents. RINGO disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, RINGO does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.

Processing of orders

RINGO endeavors to ship all items (deliver all services) within 24 hours of receiving your order but your order may be delayed if the item / service is not in stock or ready. Some items / services may be unavailable. We regret we are not able to supply dates as to when certain items / services may be in stock / available. You will be notified in this instance and may at this time cancel the order. Please note that your order may be sent to you in installments.

Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped by RINGO. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. RINGO may take further steps to ensure the validity of certain orders and may seek additional information before shipping the order.

Limitation of Liability

This liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law. Except as set out below, neither RINGO nor any of our directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.

RINGO does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of negligence of RINGO, its directors, employees or other representatives. RINGO does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

RINGO does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the RINGO website or for any products purchased from the RINGO website. RINGO will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

Modification of Terms

RINGO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the RINGO site. These terms and conditions will apply to your order once you have received your confirmation email. They will supersede any other terms and conditions in whatever form given. Please print and retain a hard copy of the terms and conditions once you have received your confirmation email.

VAT & Tax

All our prices DO NOT include local VAT. If in some cases such VAT is included in the order you will be notified additionally. Orders delivered to Greece will be charged VAT 19% in accordance with Customs & Excise rules. Although your account balance and your call logs and expenses will exclude VAT. Any import duty, taxes or other costs are automatically included in the order and it can not be refunded. Liability to pay and handle all import duties and taxes is responsibility of the customer.
